An ambassador is a person representing
his home country in a foreign land. We are ambassadors of the kingdom of God.
We are to live the kingdom life of heaven not that of this earth, we are only aliens
on earth.
We are pilgrims on earth. We are only
representatives of Christ here on earth, our real home is in heaven .we are not
of this world, so we are required by God to live to live out the life of Christ.
We are not to conform to this world, the world resides in darkness so as
children of light we are expected to express the light of God to the world.
‘’ now then, we are ambassadors for Christ,
as God were pleading through us; we implore you on Christ’s behalf, and be
reconciled to God’’ 2 Cor 5:20. As ambassadors of Christ let us not be enticed by the
things of this world, let us to only one thing ,the will of our king (God the
father).
